At Honeycomb Salon and ColorLab it is our goal to make sure everyone leaves with not only their expectations met, but exceeded. If you are unhappy with your new hue or do please call within a 2 week window and we will be happy to correct it. We do not offer refunds of any kind on services performed.
Not happy with your new styling products? We will gladly exchange them for another product, however the credit cannot be used towards services.
Some services may require a non-refundable deposit. We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. Repeat no shows or missed appointments could result in you having to prepay for your services.
We love children, however we request that when possible you arrange for an appropriate babysitter as many clients use their time at the salon to relax and enjoy time to themselves. If your child is disruptive you may be asked to reschedule, shorten your appointment, or leave. We do cut children’s hair, but only those who are children of our current clients as a courtesy to them.
